#random bluescreens or shutdowns

Hello, I am experiencing some weird bugs on my system that I recently upgraded. The computer can now randomly shut down, and it doesn't really matter what I am doing. I can be browsing YouTube or something like that or be gaming, and it will either bluescreen, or just reboot without warning.

I got the new Ryzen 9 7900X, ASUS ROG Strix X670E Gaming Wifi, and G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5-6400 BK C32 DC - 32GB

I'm upgrading only some parts, and reusing some other stuff from my previous builds, while I wait until I have some more for the last pieces.
GPU wise I got the MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ventus 3X OC.

One of the things I believe is the cause right now is maybe the power supply being unable to handle random power spikes, as it's from the older system and is only a 750W bronze corsair PSU.

Am I right in this assumption or is there anything else I should check?

I think a power supply error would more often lead to an instant reboot rather than a blue screen. Your issue looks more like a ram or a gpu error. It got detected but couldn't be corrected > bluescreen

Here's an ms forums thread about the reported stop code.

It doesn't always give a bluescreen, that happens only sometimes. As I stated, it also just reboots without warning too.

Same thing is happenin to me, for the past 2 weeks. New cpu, mb and ram. Im gettin ready to give up hope after trying everything I can think of and the ideas from ppl here. Reinstalled OS like 10 times, tried swapping ram, psu, ssd n gpu. Nothing.

When you replaced the MB / CPU, you did a fresh install of the OS, yes? If not, you should backup your user data, and format/reinstall the OS from a USB installer drive

Should not have said it was fixed, because now it's back again. Even with a new install of windows.

I did however figure out some more after some more troubleshooting today, and I think it has to do with my ram or something. As I ran MemTest86 from a USB and with D.O.C.P. enabled I got so many errors that the test just crashed and the computer rebooted. Turned off D.O.C.P. and it ran through without any errors.

Could this be a ram stick that's defective or is it just the CPU that maybe needs reseating?
