Oh did you do the small cables correctly? To the power ?
The manual describes the small pin cables for the button.
The power switch*
Also picture please of case as in current state
@primal ingot pics?
Is the main switch on the back of the power supply turned on and is the power supply plugged into the wall?
Why is your 24-pin ATX power and your 8-pin EPS power unplugged?
So i could get my gpu out
Without what?
Those power cables plugged in.
Without the 24 pin and cpu pin
Yea they where plugged in
Get those back in
They where plugged in and nothing happened
Okay. Link a PCPartpicker list with your ENTIRE system loadout.
My cpu isn't on it
Okay link what you can and tell us the CPU.
Okay, whoa full stop.
Does this work
Send it back if you can.
Why? What's the issue
6900 XT is known to have spikes up to 1000 watt power , and is recommended to have a decent psu for it
He can just undervolt the gpu for now
Not if it doesn't even power on.
True

Do the fans spin at all?
Also I use this
No
It's a B550
Totally supported
Missing the plug for the power button maybe
Show us the front panel headers please
Yeah but out of the box? Have to double check bios versions
It says 5000 series ready
As I said first pc idk what that is
Is that the top of the pc
The cable with 2 pins headed to it
The power switch part cable
Page 4 of the linked manual, refer to the graphic. Bottom right-hand of the board, designated F_PANEL. That group of headers.
Yeah

Well remove that cable
Look at the page I posted.
What's that
Find a cable which says pw switch
It must have text on the flat part of the cable
The plug I mean
What does it say?
That one.
Ok
Now that white block of headers.
On the top row of pins.
Connect that cable to the third and fourth pins on the top row.
from left skip 2 pins , text upright and connect to pin 3 and 4
Yes.
And connect where?
Top row
Should be working
Connect your power LED cable to the pins left of that.
I don't have that
Find more cables like this there should be more
You should.
Just follow where this cable came from
That's where it came from
Follow the switch cable
You see the power button on the case?
Look for wires coming out of THAT area.
This area right
There should be more loosse cables there
That looks right. Find all the little 2-wire cables.
All of them are connected at one point at the back
Well follow the cable we just connected
With your hand and keep your eye on it
It should lead to the power button
Ok
Might be better
Ok I have this manual
Okay. So that cluster of wires coming out of the front
There should be a two-wire cable coming out of it that does say POwer SW.
Yes the one I plugged in already
It should NOT be leading back to the RGB/Fan HUB but let's make sure.
Nope it leads to the top
Okay. Plug that one in where we told you.
Yeah it’s the correct wire , guess this case does not have led wires
Done
Okay. Is your GPU installed?
I'll have to put it back in but rq
Okay. Go for it
What about this wire?
That is the control cable for the fan hub. Connect it to the System Fan 1 header
Actually, no. Connect it to the fan header next to the F_Panel connector. That will be a shorter and cleaner run.
SF1 is at the back of the case.
Ok done
Okay. Now is your CPU cooler connected to the CPU Fan header on the motherboard?
Okay good. Make sure everything else is connected and installed and then hit the power button
This?
That is power for the fan hub. It needs to be plugged in to a SATA power cable from your power supply.
All of your power cables are plugged on the motherboard? Are any fans spinning?
Is the power circuit this computer is connected to turned on?
Like the fuse or breaker
Is the power on @primal ingot
That's power off right
That’s on
That's power on. That looks good.
It's like that
No it's on
Okay. Flip that switch and hold the power button on the case down for 10 seconds
Nothin
Yeah, that's intentional.
Trying to force the PSU to reset.
While we are at it, show me where the computer is being plugged in to AC.
Can you try plugging something else into that outlet and seeing if it works, like a phone charger?
hey, guys just jumping in here so i havent read everything but from your original photo it looks like the 24 pin power was not plugged in, have you connected that?
Everything's plugged in
Don't TL;DR this.
Okay, turn the switch on the PSU back on, and press the power button on the case again
Nothing
Make sure the cable is firmly seated on the back of the power supply.
It is
Okay. Time to check the power supply itself. Make sure all of the modular cables are properly plugged in
And sniff around that for the smell of the magic smoke
They are
Double check them. Double check that every cable is plugged in to the correct ports on that power supply
Okay. That power switch that we told you to plug in
Yea
Remove it and use a screw driver to bridge those two pins.
Do the fans spin?
Do I gotta put the gpu back in and turn it on
No. Just bridge those two pins and see what happens
Nothing
Okay. Dead, likely power supply.
did you use a metal screwdriver?
Yes
Okay. Sounds like you have a hardware problem that needs to be traced down.
Should I just take it to someone tommorow
I imagine it's likely Power Supply. I would take it to someone tomorrow.
