You will need to download the driver from the OEM. Remove the driver entirely from the system, reboot, and install from the known good source.

Possible that the wifi module came loose in shipping. Are you comfortable opening it and re-seating the module?

It's going to be a M.2 module keyed in A, E, or A+E. It will have two antenna cables connected to it.
