It still flickers in task manager, after update, after reinstallation of drivers

The screen was first working fine, now it like this

Then it is a driver problem

Which graphics do you have?

press windows+S then type device manager then press enter

#

Expand the display adapters section

#

then double click on the name of the graphics card you have

#

Go to details tab, then click on the drop down menu and select compatible IDs

#

Copy any one of the codes on the list and search for it

Then go to the driveridentifier website and download the driver, then install it
