#How to enable Dedicated GPU on Asus TUF GAMING B550 WIFI II Motherboard

What is the real problem, there is nothing to be done to « enable dedicated gpu » except having a dedicated gpu plugged into the board
It is plugged in except my computer is still reading my onboard graphics as GPU 1 and I'm not sure if I need to disable that or not or if my other graphics card will just magically work now that it is installed and the drivers are updated. GPU 2 does show my new card though. Is there anything else I need to do?
did you plug your monitor on the new gpu ? did you test games ? you will see very quickly if it's running on the iGPU or the discreet GPU
I had to update my drivers again. It was my integrated graphic driver that I updated and then everything clicked into place. Which is strange since things should have been running on the dedicated anyways, but I'll learn this stuff eventually.
