the weird thing is when i press restart task, it would normally refresh the taskbar and desktop but that doesnt happen

probs best to turn windef on and just set the steam folder as excluded

turning on windows defender slightly fixed the issue

now its only spiking randomly

try to run a full offline scan and see if windef comes up with anything
