Video and audio lag only when using my headphones (Speakers Realtek Audio)

This happened so suddenly a couple of days ago, so I thought it was my old pair of headphones, so I bought a new pair and it persists. I have reset my computer several times with nothing resolved along with troubleshoots. (Windows Ten, driver recently updated for the second time ever)

Try to update the Audio Drivers.

Or check, how dirty you'r headphone jack is.

How long does it take, after starting a download for the audio to get worse?

You could delete the nvidia driver for HD audio and see if it works? No clue why nvidia installs that for me , since I never use it.

In the program and features in the control panel there is an option to delete nvidia HD audio driver it’s a seperate program
