@versed canopy assuming hes running windows 10, download the media creation tool here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
then make a bootable usb with it
once it finishes, plug the usb to the affected pc, get to the boot menu, select your usb
on the windows setup screen, click next and then repair your computer
go to troubleshooting > advanced options > select command prompt
then type bcdboot c:\windows
close cmd, and select continue that restarts windows
