Basically it was fine in every other stress test after - just pumping the CPU and FPU test at the same time in AIDA was getting me this weird results.
this and being unaware that the 5800x3d runs a bit hotter just by itself
got somewhat 85c package in cinebench r23 and Time Spy Stresstest came just under 80c on the cpu
