#Windows 11 on my machine
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
It is but honestly stay on win10
For reference this is what I have:
- ASRock Z370 Extreme4
- Intel Core i7 8700K
- GTX 1070
How so?
There is no reason to go to win11 for at least a few more years win10 is still solid
Fair enough, but is there anything bad about 11?
everything
being serious though, I installed windows 11 when it came out and for me it slowed down productivity in file explorer because of the new context menu. switched back after a month
Yeah when it first came out I heard lots of issues, is that still happening now though?
Windows 11 22h2 is pretty good imo I've not ran into any issues whatsoever
Same, I use windows 11 daily.
I also like the aesthetics of it haha, so thats why i wanted to know if i can switch to it or not
@short rapids you can

zeren
it should run okay
but you barely made it if im correct
minimum tpm 2.0 cpus for intel are 8th gen
Is that bad? haha
Like will get worse with other windows 11 updates?
oses will always get slightly laggier
even if barely noticeable, one update could add a few ms more
i personally run windows 11, and i can say its kinda mid
ui is nice but it feels half-baked
ahem the combined volume controls
but pretty decent pc
