Hello, im hoping someone maybe able to give a bit of insight and advice towards my situatiion. Currently, I am downloading an game update and it shows im only receiving about 5 Mb/s. Doing a speed test of my network shows i have 220mbps download with an upload of 20mbps. Is there something I can do to improve upon this? (i.e. certain software or setting changes) Im not too tech savy so please bear with me.

Speed tests normally measure speeds in Mbps (Megabits/second), while many download programs use MBps (MegaBytes/second). Typically you can expect the Mbps speed test figure to be at least 10 time the download speed in MBps.
