That's the right one. So it's probably the fact that you're using win7

It notices the OS and BIOS, but doesn't fetch the download. I keep getting an error.

Ah, so you're able to download the exe from the site and run it, but it fails to download all it needs once running

What exactly is your end goal? Are you dual booting linux?

Why not just set up grub within linux since you have it?

I have 3 OSs on my laptop, ArcaOS, Win 7. and Parrot Linux. Once I installed ArcaOS it overrode the grub loader. If I reinstall grub it'll override ArcaOS's bootloader and won't be able to access it.

You just need to set grub up on one of them and turn on OS prober, then set that grub as your main boot entry in UEFI. You should be able to see all your OSes then
