Whenever I try to enter the BIOS, either by restarting or in the recovery options thingie, it just restarts and says "input not supported". (When I hit the "del" key during this time just freezes on this screen instead of turning to the login page after a couple of seconds) Is this because of my b450 (pcie gen 3) mobo? (5600g/6600 xt) I could enter the BIOS before, without the 6600 xt. When I tried to force the BIOS to open via the recovery option in windows, it restarted and just showed "Input not supported" and froze on that screen. Anybody know how to access the BIOS? Would taking out the 6600 xt help? (I need to enable XMP/DOCP and lower the fan default speed from lawnmower-like ranges to normal levels)

Clear cmos
alr
those are like the pins on the mobo that say "CMOS" or smth
and I just connect them yeah?
how do I do that?
okay
It'll show you where
if I clear the cmos, will it reset the BIOS version back to the non-ryzen 5000-supporting default?
Mmmm no but you may have to flashback anyway if cmos doesn't help
If cmos doesn't fix and all of your hardware is known good then flashback would be the next step
