its being used as my main windows drive, i bought it together with another NVME ssd that is still 100%.. should i be worried about the health decaying so fast here?

Depends on what you're using the PC for IMO.
If you're 'just' using it for gaming etc, like normally, I wouldn't think it should drop a percent once every 15 days.

If you reinstall game basically every day, then it's normal. If you don't really install and uninstall stuff all the time, it shouldn't drop this quick
