does intel PCs show transfer rate (like 3600mhz) and ryzen shows actual frequency (1800mhz in that case)?

Think they show either or sometimes task manager shows 3200 mhz sometimes it shows 1600mhz but it translates the same I usually use cpu-z or hwinfo to confirm

if i bought 3200 mhz and it shows 1600 mhz, then i can just assume it's undoubled frequency

Its actual frequency is 3200 but since ddr is double data rate you just double it 🙂
