My pc is slow to open files, run exes gives me errors when I try and update Windows. Webpages are slow and some don't work like 256.256.1.1(not the actual one) yet for my dad it's fine. This is same on my laptop. I don't understand as it says no network but I can connect to discord, watch YouTube etc

2x8gb 3200 (running at 2133) Corsair lpx ddr4
Cfx 750w bronze
256 Samsung SSD
1tb WD blue (both m.2)
2tb Seagate HDD (not showing up in bios or windows now)
Corsair 4000d airflow

Also it's fixed kinda but really slow

I should get 7.2MB/s sometimes upto 7.8MB/s but I'm getting something like 300KB/s
