GPU Fans are spinning but the lights of it are not on and it isn’t displaying anything on my monitor

i just rebuilt my pc since i got a new case for it and the gpu seems to not display anything? i’m using a displayport for it and i reconnected the same cables for it

And the way to test it is to make sure it's not anything else

No, as far as we know it's something up with the GPU but we don't really have a way to test it

Make sure there connected

Make sure your drives are plugged in correctly, and that the sata data cables are plugged into your motherboard

ive been working on this since 3 pm and i didn’t expect building a pc can really be stressfull

If you want to, you could find a bunch of old parts and through them in a case so you can practice on that without frying anything
