How to mount secondary monitor as portrait

hey, i've been considering buying a secondary cheap portrait monitor, but i want to know how easy it is to apply and use, how would i mount it? it will be old so i probably couldnt rotate it cause the stand would look awkward and it probably wouldnt be able to rotate. any help?

as long as you have a monitor arm or stand that can support the monitor and the monitor has the mounting holes it should be fine
