@drowsy anchor that basically says that your boot files are corrupt or deleted
Do you have the windows install disc for your pc?
well long story short my emmc module got wiped so im trying to use a usb to install win10

but it refers to the BCD file, which is the boot config file
you would need to boot in to windows (setup/recovery environment/PE), then rebuild the BCD
that might fix it
install linux
because linux never has boot config issues
