So I'm having this problem where my HDD keeps disconnecting from my PC. You can hear the HDD get disconnected (a low "pew" sound). It disconnects and reappears in windows.
Fact is, the HDD is relatively new and only has 190ish hours on it.

I already tried updating the BIOS, I tried reinstalling the drivers, i tried a whole different SATA-Port.

MOBO: GIGABYTE B450M GAMING (With the newest BIOS installed!)
HDD: WDC WD20EZAZ-00L9GB0

SMART status only detects very specific issues. There lots of failed HD that never SMART error.
Like if you wanted to troubleshoot. You could try a diffrent port on the motherboard, diffrent cable, diffrent power connector.
But probable waranty time.

solved. was the SATA connector.
