It’s plug-in used it for 1+years and then suddenly stop so I thought it might be the psu but it wasn’t and then I even changed mortherboard but it’s still has same issue

you can see the GPU is not getting any power. Check if the gpu header is plugged in properly in your PSU, try also connecting two separate cables rather than just one (and its extension)
also, in general when the computer just stops once you press the power button, it's likely you have a short-circuit somewhere

make sure you're not putting too much pressure in the AIO screws on the cpu side. Likely not what's causing the issue in this case tho

You don't need USB and SATA to test
Try removing GPU next
See if it posts without that, or does anything different.

And if removing the GPU makes it not shut off, that'd indicate a GPU fault.
