So I did a windows update.. During the update my screen went black, then white, then my pc turned off. I assumed it was just restarting like normal, then my monitor went into sleep mode, and now whenever I attempt to turn my pc on, the monitor stays in sleep mode.

in modern systems your TPM is inside of your CPU, that's even harder to damage
even then you don't need a TPM to start the system or boot windows
