Hello was trying to start streaming 2-3 days after i changed mb and cpu but when i just open obs and games some csgo my fps drops from 600-800 fps down to like
200-300 fps just when i open obs

new 5950x from 10900k
new asus rog crosshair viii hero wifi from asus rog maximus xii extrame wifi
RTX 3090
64 gb ram 4800 mhz
2x 980 pro 2tb
1600w psu

will a 2nd gpu work like a 1650 or the new arc 380. Or a mid end 2nd pc

Try reinstalling OBS, if that doesn't work, Try reinstalling windows, though i highly doubt you need more than 300 fps.. do you?

i tryet x264 medium and slow and nvinc with 6k bitrate nothing chance other then 20-40 fps drop in csgo

it worked fine with the other mb and cpu it did what i expected the 10900k will do
