I got new ram and its made in china whilst my old ram same company same ram is made in US?

The USA one got made in 2014 while the Chinese one got made in 2016
Crucial might have changed manufacturing facalities in that timeframe

It says USA but not Product of USA. They both could have been made in china, and one could have had a cheaky sticker placed on it. It isn't the first time I have seen that behaviour.

It is overlooked ddr3. 1600MHz. 1.5V just to get the higher clock cycle.
