My laptop temps went 74c on idling
I wanted to change the thermal paste later this year, but im being confused by the selection of thermal paste that my friend gave me
Either i should choose
Which is best for my laptop? I will leave an pic of my laptop (when i was cleaning it) and the cooling solution that the laptop has. Thanks for the help!

Just saying, windows 11 fixes this exact thing. When I got my laptop, it immediately started doing extremely similar things, and I almost burnt myself on the casing several times when it was doing nothing.i then got windows 11 which made it way cooler. If you haven't already, get that
