you can get top tier audio with IEMs within that budget if you are willing to buy a seperate mic.
you can get a seperate cable with a built in mic but that reduces audio quality, which would be money down the sink, but the temporary cheapest fix.

otherwise you can opt for 30$ IEMs and just buy the cheapest seperate mic you can find and later upgrade the mic, but for 30$ you can find IEMs like hte moondrop spacetravel (2) if you want wireless (yes supernerds technically not IEM) or the kefine klean (~45$) if you prefer it to be wired and somewhat better sound.

its less money down the sink and doesnt hurt your sound while you are waiting for a better mic
