On the other hand, the clamp style mounts require a desk of adequate thickness made of half-decent wood (not particle board and not IKEA honeycomb) to support the weight...

i mean you said here that you swapped and paid for the premium corsair headphones just bc your usb c broke on the old pair of xt's

replacing or reinforcing headband may be harder depending on who you ask

like even duct tape will work but after about wearing it 10 times it will come loose and no longer hold it together, glue as well if you're not careful it can crack

if corsair is willing to give your a new pair then do that

and reinforce the new pair

i also didn't suggest anything to make the headband stronger because i thought it was just not worth it... a $20 mic + $40 headphone combo would be better than the corsair unit likely or rma and get brand new unit

I got a new Samsung Odyssey G7 (2025) last month and have been enjoying it, but have just found a deal breaker that I wish I knew about previously.

The monitor is constantly broadcasting itself to pair with bluetooth devices, and there is literally zero way to disable it in any of its settings menus.

I have a neighbor who keeps trying to connect to the thing, and each time it brings up a big pop up on the screen over top anything I am doing.

I cannot make it stop.

size of monitor is the only real factor to consider for monitor arms. without even clicking the links i see you have 2 27in monitors. just find a dual mount you like and stick with that, i prefer the gas shock style mounts.
