Hey anyone have experience testing PCBs for functionality?

I have a KeebsForAll FreebirdTKL. Last week I sat down at my desk after lunch, and when I touched my keyboard, I received a decent static shock. After the shock, my keyboard did not function. I tried different cables and connected it to different computers. It is not even detected. I took everything apart yesterday and didn’t see any noticeable damage to the PCB. I did notice that when I plugged it in, the micro processor was warm to the touch, so it’s getting power at least. I also noticed this PCB has a reset button. I tried a short press and a long press (30 seconds), but neither seemed to do anything.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting? Or is the PCB shot?
