I really couldn't make recommendations as to where to buy stabs right now as I haven't been keeb part shopping in a while. I got my staebies from NovelKeys and my Wuque Studio extra stabs through CannonKeys but I'm not keeping track.

Also, both of the two I listed are screw in stab types, which may not be compatible with your board.

It’s the stabs not u the stabilizer consist of a metal wire and a two part housing. The metal stabilizer is just moving around in the housing so that rattle is the wire

If you want to get rid of that you can get some dielectric grease and take the stabilizer apart just take off the wire and clean any lube off and put a generous layer of grease on it and then put the wire back on

If you want to build one yourself you can either buy the gmk67 or gas67 both really good kits all you need to buy are switches and key caps.
You can buy the gmk67 or gas on Allie express for 50 dollars (gmk67 in my opinion is better)

For the switches you really have a lot of options but u can buy those on Amazon, Akko, alli just to name a few

Key caps can really be anything it really depends on what profile u want however you need to look at the set to make sure the sizes of a couple keys will fit the board.

I have the gmk67 with gateron yellows some cheap keycaps and bought some Lube for the switches only costed like 100 for everything and I bought it off Amazon where it’s more expensive

There’s a lot of different reasons why I a stabilizer could be making a lot of sound if you haven’t done a Band-Aid mod generally that will help a lot

essentially, you put part of the sticky side of a Band-Aid underneath where the stabilizer lands on the PCB and it silences a bit

you have to look for keyboard that has silent switches if you want the quietest possible, those switches has dampers inside that absorb the sound of the downstroke and the upstroke
if you want mildly silent you can just get linear or tactile switches ... those switches don't have a click mechanism that deliberately make sound, but they will still make some sound

and it really depends of the material you get
some gpu has 2 or 3 versions you can find in laptops and will perform different depending of their power target even tho it's the "same" gpu with the same name

also I don't care much about the power my components use

like with what I did yesterday and today, at the max my pc used under 300 W of power

and at idle it goes down to under 30 W

so unless I game it doesn't use that much power

but then again it's mostly irrelevant cause I haven't said which hardware I have

for the laptop keyboard part ... even if it's mechanical, there's usually not much you can do with them ... as far as I know there's not many laptop that has hotswap capability so if you want to mess up with the keyboard or the switches you have to disassemble it
