Only one that I can think of that somewhat fits your criteria would be mountain Everest max, which isn’t full size but includes a matching numpad (for dedicated media keys)

even then with that criteria it’s even harder, only option I can recommend would be keychron q6 (no easy per key rgb or media keys)

Qmk/via which is the software it runs on doesn’t have easy to configure per key rgb but it does have some lighting presets and stuff.
