the only feedback you get from linears is when you bottomout

people tend to gravitate towards linears, clickys are a bit of an acquired taste thing

linears are about the most inoffensive type of switchh

I just charge my main every 2 days for 10 min when i sleep

And the one for school every 3 weeks

I also cut off the rubber thing on it to get rid of excess rubber stuff

I can whenever I get someone to CNC a pocket for the charging mat that's flush with the desk top surface

You can just shove the powerplay underneath a mousepad and it'll still charge - that's what I'm doing with the LTT mousepad. I'm not sure the maximum thickness this would work tho

my plan is to get the wiring on the underside of my desk, so it's 100% invisible from the top side, and effectively gives me an actually wireless moues that's always charged and ready to go

that way I don't have to account for the height difference of the small area that the POWERPLAY is on under the main mouse pad

Tbh, in the desk would look way better though - there is a visible bump in my mousepad where the powerplay ends

Right right - putting it in the desk will make it look nice and seamless

I mean, for me, it's more about the tech than the function, but it's a nice convenience while at it though

and I absolutely hate how small the Logitech POWERPLAY pad portion is, they could've made the charging area X portion of the larger pad...

because the tech with wireless charging is limited in the area it can cover

but that doesn't limit you making a bigger mouse pad portion on top of it...
