Thats the procedure for the special shirts (i.e. fancy holographic ones), the regular shirts should be fine with a regular washer and dryer routine.

Rarely, and not for shipping cost discounts. Shipping, VAT and customs duties are all the fault of the receiving country and carrier. Not much you will be able to do with a small company like LTT, they don't have the freight and shipping negotiating power like large corporations. I've seen firesales on discontinued shirt designs and like a half off on lids if you bought a waterbottle before....but I doubt you will ever see a general one or one on deskpads

just bundle up a few things and like Shark said, divide you shipping cost between more items or people to not feel so bad about it...

Difficult to judge how off the mark they were since we dont know exactly how much higher volume they had and how short staffed they were compared to normal.

the ratchet manufacturer got acquired by a major tool manufacturer (i.e. a business that would compete with the ltt screwdriver), and so they have no incentive to actually get around to completing the LTT order. Theres no 'drop dead' date meaning they could more or less indefinitely keep pushing the order back, so LMG made the decision to just eat the deposit costs (~140k USD) and switch to a different manufacturer (which is apparently slightly better quality anyway).

Idk if any of the LTT crew will see this but would it be possible for the Screwdriver bit refills for there to be a "configurable" option? Even if there was an added cost (for labour of putting together the one shot packs or whatever) I feel like it would be super helpful and useful as you would be able to purchase a bunch of the bits you often use and loose without the material and storage waste of a bunch of bits you dont use that you only need one set of for those random just in case scenarios.
For example I build combat robots and use 5/64", 1/8" and 3/32" hex bits ALL THE TIME! And have lost soon many of the allen keys and bits its kind of silly, but its so easy at an event to be in the pits repairing your bot and for them to either fall onto the floor and disappear into the void or you put it back in your toolbox and it gets lost in all of your parts never to be found again (even after you clean out the box looking for it) I just think it would be so helpful and useful to be able to order an X pack of just 5/64" hex screws or like a 5 pack of configured bits where I could buy 2 5/64", 2 3/32" and one 1 1/8"

Or if you wanted to sell the bits individually outside of the packs you could have it be on one page and do kind of what volta did with the spare ends to their magnetic cables where you select the bit, how many you want then add to cart then you can choose your next bit, with maybe drop downs separating them out into the different bit shapes for easier organization

And like I mentioned even if it was at an extra cost like an extra 5CAD for the configurable pack or an extra .50 cents to a buck per bit would still buy what i feel like would be tons as it would be an extremely easy way to get replacements and have spares
Not to mention I cant wait for the screwdriver as even with my current screwdriver my arm gets tired trying to screw together the chassis as the ratchet is too stiff to do the quick finger shaft rotations linus so skillfully does with pcs (it is doable with a drill just throwing a hex bit into it but especially if you are using a uhmw chassis or something its extremely easy to strip the holes)
Would also be amazingly useful as even if you dont loose them over time sometimes the hex bits and im sure other bits can round over from use etc, especially if your in a hurry and accidentally use too much force

Though maybe loosing the bits wont be an issue with a handy screwdriver from lttstore.com with its really cool handle storage!

I believe linus has expressed an intent to sell alternative bit loadouts and replacement bits alongside the screwdriver itself. Think the screwdrivers initial loadout wont be configurable, but its designed to accept and store regular size bit heads too (albeit using two slots) so you'll be able to load it up with third party bits to suit your needs if the store doesnt offer what you need.

LTT also did the verified actual gamer program last year and had a contest to sell parts (video cards etc) at MSRP during the first part of the huge markups. But that was not through LTT Store

I see a lot of reviews for the large pillow mention an issue with odor. Is that being investigated? I'd like to get one (and order other things at the same time), but the reviews have me hesitant to complete the purchase.

I think that's just for the expensive edition. I have the large none expensive and had no smell.

Yes, I mean the expensive edition. I already have the large and the small. I really want to get the expensive, but I'm going to be using it, so smell would be a problem.

the smell comes from the raw scent of the wool iirc

Okay, well the number of reviews complaining about the smell seem more common than I would expect if the smell is typical for raw wool. Well, I'm going to wait to see if they address the odor complaints directly, and hopefully the other products I want will be in stock when I'm ready to order.

Yeah I'm no wool pro, but I do have a small stuffed animal that was filled with alpaca wool with no smell and some quick Google searches say it's not that smelly unless it gets wet or absorbs a smell. So it does seem odd. 🤔

I believe they mentioned it on WAN at some point, apparently it has smell from the factory but it goes away. I haven't purchased one (tempted buuuut already have the normal ones so idk) so I can't speak from personal experience but that is what Linus stated on WAN

Hey friends does anyone here have the Indoor Hoodie? If so how many like usable pockets does it have? Does it have any "pockets" on the inside of the jacket?

each of the two normal pockets is sewn in such a way to create inside "pockets" kinda -- i dont use them as such, but they're there, you could stick an envelope or something in it if you wanted. Additionally, each of the two regular pockets has an internal smaller pocket (one side has a closing flap, the other just a small pocket within the pocket) I use to keep my mask from touching other things

Not super deep, you can stick a phone in it but I wouldn’t count on it staying there. They’re hand pockets mostly, akin to like a running jacket but without the zipper
