there's various ways 'hackers' can gain access to your discord account. the most common are the following:

1. a link that claims to give free nitro or something asks you to log in to claim - the page you log into looks identical to the real page but is fake and they grab your login info

2. you are sent a file which you download and run, often by a discord friend you trust who has been 'hacked' - this file runs in the background of your computer and grabs your user token from your discord. with the user token anyone is able to access your discord account.

3. you are told to inject some line of code, or find+copy a line from your inspect element panel - that would be your token and therefore grants access to your account

Bottles were $30 customs, CPU pillow was another $30 and it was also $20 shipping for each. So I've paid $100 just in shipping and customs. There needs to be an EU partner warehouse, I know it's a logistic challenge to do that but LTT has just as many viewers in EU as the Americas.

Mine was the same way. It had to come from Canada to the USA, and that apparently used some other carrier. Then it's handed over to UPS in America, and you can track it. So it's moving along, just not yet with UPS.

It’s cost effective to drop ship through a freight company like PBI from US to Canada and vise versa compared to paying full priced international courier rates. eBay does same thing with their global shipping. UPS does the US domestic part but it’s brought into Canada by PBI and dropped for a local courier like Intellicom.

When I order something from the US on eBay the UPS from California to Kentucky takes like 2-3 days ground. It’s the PBI part to local courier that takes the longest normally for me.

It's about what you'd expect for a hoodie, at least for the v1...it's not bad at all but if you're below freezing and outside for several hours then I typically use it as a second layer after my t-shirt and below my warmer jacket. If it's above freezing and I'm not outside for long then it's perfectly good enough, keeps me reasonably warm in high 40s low 50s territory. Again though this is v1 that has been used for almost 6 years, the v2 I expect to be better in terms of warmth bc it is supposedly thicker

I don't have one yet, so take with a grain of salt, but I looks close enough to the stealth hoodie that I would say it's fine for colder weather. Fall/early Winter, but if you live where it snows and/or gets below freezing or the wind whips around....it's going to be sub-optimal as your only protection from the elements.

Good point, it is definitely not a wind-breaker, but I think it works really well as a middle layer (better than Swacket imho, the only other LTT jacket I have to test against)

so just got a wan show hoodie, the color and fit is nice but the material on mine is surprisingly thin, while it is soft so far wind seems to blow right through it. so fashion wise it is nice but wish it work better against a bit of light weather or a chilly breeze

Yeah it’s slightly thicker than WAN v1 but not by much so whatever I said about it above still applies. Works great as a first coat in colder weather but that’s about it, works really well as an only coat in like anything above 40-50ish depending on other factors

I picked a heck of a time to fly to Vancouver Island. Could be worse, the VI economy revolves around ferries. The mainland got really messed up by the flooding, mud slides, and sink holes.

All my shirts were basically free swag from conventions, or gifts that came with things like games or hardware, with exception of my oldest shirts which are over 15 years old in se cases, that are like Old Navy or from an Israeli market basically selling Chinese knockoffs.

I have a few shirts from other creators that I wanted to support and they were actually more expensive I think?

I needed new shirts for the same reason. Basically the only shirts I have that fit well other than those 15 year old shirts and the scratchy t-spring ones are the LTT shirts. I have a bunch of large shorts that are "okay" and then half my shirts look like night gowns on me at this point.

I've got an Alienware shirt from PAX that is basically a very loose short dress now

And yes, I am aware that the one price for all sizes is a theme here, and I think that's cool, but maybe it's my mental illness, I think price shouldn't be consistent, margins should. If you want to be a bro, pick the lowest margin you'll accept for any given product and apply it across the board equally, that way the pricing is equitable.

I used to work logistics for a medical device manufacturer. we made orthopeadic implants - think titanium screws and plates and rods. Well, every single screw/plate/rod comes in many different sizes because humans and their bones come in many different sizes. Even when a single plate could cost $1500 or more, the difference between a 3-hole plate and a 17-hole plate was just a few dollars. Why? because the vast majority of the cost isn't in the raw material or shipping costs. it's in R&D and lengthy manufacturing procedures. It's the same thing for clothing but on an even smaller scale.

I'm open to the idea that I'm completely wrong and the different would really be a few cents and it's not worth messing with prices.

If we're talking pennies, then the complexity of having multiple prices would outweigh the benefits to the consumer because it would literally cost more to keep track of that.

So now you might have to raise the prices even more to cover the additional overhead.

It is very nuanced.

My original complaint might be invalidated by this, so I don't retract it completely, but I'm certainly will to add an asterisk saying "only if there were a reasonably large difference."

Though I would like to stress again that it wasn't me being critical of LTTstore, it was a catalyst for a discussion regarding retail in general, with the incredible difference in sizes across the whole product stack being a stark example.

Fwiw my LTT shirts have been consistent in size, so if you measure it or convert the chart to cm I think it'll work out.

Pants I find vary way more, at least here in the US, shirts seem to be pretty consistent.

If I were to compare LTT to "avg" US clothing store I'd say the run accurate-large, tiny be of extra room / baggy cut but deff not enough to go down an extra size.

Hmm i wonder who on here would be the best person to reach out to about suggestions for how they can fix the party shirt. I love the shirt but with the fit I could tell they didnt model or scale it up right, My wife a semstress costumer and all around great person, made up a word document using the photos that are on the website to highlight issues with how the vendor sized up the pattern when drafting and created the shirts, body block issues and other various fit line issues. I love the shirt, its great quality fabric, but I would like to help LTT improve their product for future releases or perhaps other related merchandise. It's a little loose on my arms, I may have been able to get away with small, maybe?

I was just about to say that the one issue I have is that I can't seem to use the left hand sleeve pocket because it's nearly impossible to open with one hand, and then I decided to put my thumb through the thumb ring and pull. If I do that and extend my wrist back the zipper works flawlessly.

I don't like those thumb rings, but this is a pretty nifty design. I'll never use them unless I need to access that zipper, but it's like a secret lock for it.

The fact that it has a "proper" zipper, for lack of a better term makes it easier, but I have to reach over and grab my shoulder with my right hand in order to be able to open or close it with my left, which isn't very natural. I think it's just a biproduct of it being a bit too big?

This is the nichest, of the niche of usecases but...

For some reason, something seemed to bruise my right bicep, it's not a purple bruise, it feels like a muscle bruise, but it doesn't feel like a torn muscle. It doesn't hurt when I use the muscle, only when I touch the skin, but there are no marks.

And it's right under that pocket.

I just put an ice pack in there, and it fits like a glove.

Interesting request for the creative warehouse team, WAN Hoodie for lefties.

When using my phone one handed I usually use my left hand. When I put my phone in my pocket, it's usually on the left side. Using the phone pocket on the right side is highly inconvenient.

It usually involves me instinctively putting my phone away, realizing that I put it in my left pocket, taking it out with my left hand, moving it to my right hand, and stowing it away.

I realized while I'm writing this that you could get around having an additional SKU by making it ambidextrous.

A pocket on each side. That way people can use the other pocket for cans or anything else.

I have other thoughts about the pocket, but that would be a massive thing for V3 I think, or any other hoodie you make with that pocket.

Also I wonder if you tested the pocket in any other angle other than vertical. I think if it was slightly angled outwards it might dig in less when bending over or sitting down. I'm not a big man, I don't have a gut, but it still digs into my ribs sometimes.

I just got the stealth hoodie and I'm worried about washing it. Like it says don't use fabric softener and wash in cold water but I can't ask if my parents can do a separate wash just for the hoodie. What would happen if I washed at like normal washing machine temp with softener?

Probably nothing.

Some stuff like logos and coatings might wear down faster, but the garment itself should be fine.

It might shrink a bit in hot water the first wash or too, that's possible.

I wash almost all my clothes in warm/cold unless they are very dirty or stained

So long as you don't fill the drum more than half way (for the most effective friction action) soaking the clothes in any water with a bit of soap will get almost everything out.

Which is what the washing machines do

This is assuming you have a front loader, if you have a top loader you should buy a front loader and get your old machine recycled.

Another way to get around the problem of asking your parents to do a separate wash is to go through the laundry, find some stuff that can be washed cold (usually delicates or bright colors), and do a load yourself.

When I was 12 was around the time my parents told me I need to start washing my own cloths. I have two younger sisters, same was true for them.

Depending on how new your machine is, it might have a weight sensor which adjusts the amount of water used depending on the load, so you can use a relatively small load and not too much water, consult the manual.

That's another benefit of front loaders. BTW By new I mean from the last two decades, high end machines from the early 2000s had that feature.

I have also put in some care for the shoulder and cuff area. You might have noticed how the back of the shoulder look a bit unconventional. That is to give a bit of posture support. The cuff is half cuffed so your wrist should feel more comfortable with all the mouse actions
