yeah. Basically LTT pays them and books collection, I think, and that's when you get the number, then when they actually collect it you see that. (or LTT drops it off, either way)
as I say, I haven't even got a tracking number yet for mine, so I think it's just a backlog and things are going slow.

I have seen some people blaming retailers for doing bundling stuff, but often that is forced on them by the board partner, so if it's something like "you can only buy an MSI card with this MSI motherboard", that's probably MSI only selling them the cards with those motherboards.

Hey guys I was in here earlier chatting about shipping issues with the Northern Lights Desk Pad and I had said I hadn't heard back from support yet. They just responded to me about my order and I wanted to share in case it applies to anyone else waiting to receive their pad. (My order was placed on the 16th bound for east coast US)
Typically US-bound orders are transported across the US/Canada border before being handed off to the courier for delivery. This sometimes results in an initial delay of a few days. If you scroll up you can find an image I posted of a previous order. It's just expected it'll take a while for it to get into their system. Apparently it is because they only show up on Wizmo's system when the package is in the US, so it has to do the Canada -> US trip first before it gets from that code to the next.

Someone said before what is actually happening is that with Wizmo it only starts the tracking once it reaches them in the US, so it just has the label printed status until it makes its way from LTT to them in the US, IIRC.
on my bottle order that took 3 days, but clearly things are rolling a little slower at the moment.

I ordered a deskpad and taxes were only $3. Taxes and stuff on actual merch isn't much at all. It's when you get stuff like the VAG drop where you have to deal with tariffs that it can be pricey. This happened to me exactly in the UK.
At 6PM it changed to "by the end of the day"
then at midnight it changed to "we can't give a delivery estimate"
got here eventually, but yeah, the tracking is terrible

Yeah. It seems like that's just what it does automatically. Pretty bad, you'd think that they'd at least have some basic stuff to tell you "no, not going to come today when it literally isn't in the country".
Maybe less of an issue right now, but during normal times, people take days off work and stuff to be there to get a package, sucks to be told it is coming on a day and then it doesn't show up.

uh well i think i got the tracking number right after it got sent and then it updated there every 1-2 days
