As a personal item it can get questionable depending if you get a picky gate agent or are on a very particular regional jet etc

From my experiences

Commuter does a good bit better in thst regard, haven't see a plane where the commuter struggles to fit under the seat infront.

I use a laptop bag instead though since the commuter doesn't fit a second laptop well and the laptop slot opens from the top which makes it hard to access on flights sometimes, and I sometimes end up without a seat infront of me... So having a backpack personal item gets more questions than a laptop bag

Ordered mine on Jan 30 and haven’t received mine yet. The shipping company says the label was created but the order hasn’t arrived yet. It might have to do with the inventory shortage. On lttstore there is a post that says they accidentally accepted more orders than inventory available. In the post it says all affected orders should receive an email and a $10 e gift card. The orders are expected to ship by mid-April if your order was affected. Otherwise there may just be a delay somewhere in the process of delivery.

I ordered a precision driver and a hoodie 2 days later. HDMI and DP also just won't move as much.. people use a lot more USB Devices than they do monitors and tv's.. which has got to be a factor in what LTT spends time developing.. Plus I agree with them.. its generally not hard to find quality DP/HDMI cables.. USB though has always been a bit of a gamble, even on otherwise good brands.

usually a dud hdmi/dp cable will just not work or it will not be the speed/standard advertised. which is way less common than USB cables imo

unless im mistaken, display cables are WAY more sensitive to signal strength etc, where as USB can do bit correction/whatever the thing is where it re does b its that failed

so yeah im with Ryoken - I think they're very unlikely. How often do you travel/move around with HDMI cables? the market will be very small

I placed an order for charging cables on 2/12/2026. I put in the correct shipping address, but it was overwritten with an old, incorrect address without me realizing it when I selected Apple Pay on my iPhone.

The website directly state "Please contact us right away to request an address change and we will be happy to accommodate you if it is possible to do so. If your order has not yet been shipped, it should generally be possible to have your order's address edited. "

I followed this advise as faithfully as possible and sent a "contact us" message within 5 minutes of my order being placed.

My order was placed at 9:17 PM 2/12/2026. I sent a "Contact us" message at 9:21 PM 2/12/2026 less than 5 minutes after my order was placed (With an e-mail from [e-mail] at 9:21 PM confirming the timing of my message)

Despite this, I was advised by e-mail that it isn't possible to cancel the order or modify the address despite the extremely timeliness of my initial request.

It seems that is is impossible to actually have an order cancelled or to have the shipping address changed given that I did exactly what they requested as fast as humanely possible. Based on my USPS Shipping tracking information, USPS does not yet have the item and the item is still under the control of lttstore.

While these actions may not be outright illegal, they are certainly unfair at best.

Given that there is no phone number to contact and I do not see any other reasonable route to contact this business, I am posting here in hopes of reaching a human rather than an AI agent. The item has not been received by USPS and I do not see any reason why the order cannot be cancelled or shipped to the correct address.

I will try to find other contact information to reach the company if they are not available here.

But, the response looks like it was written by an AI as its telling me to pick up my item in a different state 1400 miles away.

I think my major pain point is that I ordered from lttstore based on the idea that this was a trustworthy platform who advises their products are higher quality and it is worth paying a premium price for a product based on that. So, this process has been particularly negative given the discordance with my initial expectations as a consumer with this business and the very frustrating experience that has since occurred.

howdy, this is a relatively new bug that we are already aware of.

Shopify updated an API we use to validate cart rules, such as floatplane auth, in a way that affects users the first time they authenticate with Floatplane auth.
Basically the validation function doesn't grab "new" information immediately anymore, so the first time you sign in with floatplane it takes a few minutes before the cart rule sees you are authenticated / actually works correctly.

We are looking for and have tried a few potential solutions, and maybe it will resolve itself, but for the time being you'll have to wait a few minutes after authenticating before it works, apologies for the confusion, I think I'll put a notice on the store explaining the above for affected users.

So I'm not sure what's going on. Like I said before I never got a confirmation email. I ended up sending multiple messages to them through that email to see if I would get a confirmation email and I never did. So like I said up there I tested it with a burner and I got a confirmation email on that one, so then I ended up sending another actual message through a different email of mine and I also got the confirmation email from them on that email. Today they responded, but they responded through the email I never got a confirmation message from. However when I sent that other message I specifically told them the email I originally sent the messages through, so I have no idea if they were seeing the original email messages already and there's just a bug in the system where some people aren't getting confirmation messages or if they saw the other email and decided to respond to one of the original requests. All they said in their first message in reply to me (other than responding to my actual issue, of course) was:

"We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of support requests. We apologize sincerely for the delayed reply, and will ensure your request is resolved as quickly as possible."

So not exactly sure what's going on.

I know I was able to modify an order by catching it early enough, but all I was modifying was asking to get the bonus bin item I forgot. I'm sure they can't really modify the actual order too much once you already paid for it, unless maybe you're trying to cancel before shipping or something.

Without access to both the sending and receiving mailserver logs, it's impossible to confirm why transactional email might not be making it to the intended destination. One of my LTT TrueSpec cables is... noisy. Not signal noise, but when I move it - it has a crunchy sort of rustling no matter which way I bend it. 40Gbps / 1m (3.3ft)

It arrived two weeks before my other cables (I don't really understand paying two shipping charges on that). So I didn't notice that it was different than my other cables until this weekend when they came in.
