Hey all! I unfortunately damaged the shaft on my screwdriver. I was using it as a pry bar and understandably this isn't covered in warranty. I reached out to customer support and they said they aren't currently offering replacement parts. They suggested I reach out on here and the forums. Any ideas? I considered attempting to bend the damaged part back in using a vice. Ultimately I'd like to source a new shaft but with it unable to be purchased and eBay looking sparse for used screwdrivers I don't have a ton of options.

Even if you bend it back into place... exerting rotational force will likely just bend it out again. You'd need to weld it into place, or more likely... just replace the screwdriver. (Sourcing a replacement shaft, then going through the effort of replacing it will likely cost more than a brand new screwdriver.)

I bought - WAN Backpack bundle with K70 + Stubby screwdriver

The bill was £90...
BUT £74 of that was VAT, which I can claim back from LTT because I already paid it on the initial order
£12 of the remaining £16 was a handling fee, so £4 of it was "import duty". I am not sure if I was only charged imports on a specific item of the package because that seems very low

I got tired of loose keys chewing up my trouser pockets, so I bought small leather key pouches to contain them - one key ring on the outside to attach to whatever, one on the inside to attach to keys. Even without a key loop in the OG backpack you could just sling one of those key pouches in a pocket

Been using this screwdriver for a few weeks and when I first bought it, the ratchet direction selector thing was pretty stiff but I thought it needed to be used a bit more and also noticed that if it’s on the ratchet in either direction, there is a little play and if it’s not rotated fully then the ratchet becomes quite stiff.

its an amazing screwdriver and love using it but im not sure if this is how all of them are like or if its cause the plastic is transparent and would have different properties to the normal one

if I understand the concern properly, then yeah; most ratchets have a middle selector that makes the ratchet lock in both directions

if the pawl is somehow somewhat engaged but also not, then it could become stiff.

TL;DR: wear and tear is normal on all water bottles with printed ink. The gold printing wears off easier. Only way to avoid wear and tear is to not use the product... which would be silly IMO. You could contact support but like... this is expected with regular usage. (And personally, I think wear and tear gives the item character.)
