You guys should really balance your stock of different SKUs. Large and over is almost always out of stock on anything. I'm about Alex Clark's size (little taller, little skinnier) and I was really looking forward to grabbing a Doors Party Shirt for my high school's graduation party along with a couple other assorted shirts like blanks and the polo but NOTHING is in stock. I understand logistics is very tough but you've been doing this for a while now, how come you still have basic stock issues related to different sizes being in abundance and others being almost always in deficit? I strongly doubt it's LMG's fault and that they can't do anything about it, but PayPal was really sketchy - they were showing me a better conversion rate than my bank (after conversion fees), but I hadn't noticed that the converted amount was pre-taxes, and it worked out slightly higher and I should have paid in USD instead. Why does PayPal even need to see the full breakdown, and not just the total to be billed? Just FYI to anyone else buying in a foreign currency.

(Also it was a bit confusing for me as the previous time I purchased, shipping and taxes were shown as one line at checkout, but this time the taxes to the UK came up as over $30, when that was the whole combined one last time)

Oh yeah, I prefer PayPal if it's available as it reduces the number of companies holding my card details (plus 0% interest 3-month financing for larger orders if needed), meaning less chance of compromise if a smaller company gets hacked. If it wasn't available that wouldn't put me off it though, however I am aware that in some countries that don't use EMV cards, PayPal can help by pulling direct from their bank account through however it works in that country instead.

The pen is nice. To be fair, stationery is extremely preferential so I'm sure there are hundreds of "better" pens out there. But for $30 USD, it feels great in my hands and comes with a half decent quality ink cartridge to get you started.

I'm a bit confused by the LTT Commuter backpack

The size guides say that at most, the backpack can fit a 7cm wide bottle

Which would be the 21oz bottle

But the marketing says that it can fit the 40oz bottle, which is 2cm wider? How does that work?

It's really frustrating because I ordered the 21oz bottle even though I wanted the 40oz bottle, because I thought it wouldn't fit, according to measurements, but apparently it does??

It fits the 40 but its tight.. and speaking from experience, get something to secure it.. I had mine go flying out twice now, once when throing the backpack on, and once while slipping on an icy path..

When the 40 is full it gets momentum that the elastic strap isn't always gonna be able to stop :p

When you swing your backpack onto your back (or at least I do), or are in the process of falling on your ass, the backpack isn't always 100% vertical, and of course the liquid has its own momentum.. in short, my white bottle is all dented and scraped and I've learned my lesson for when I get my Thirst Extinguisher bottle..

The material itself is reasonably durable compared to most pants, but the belt loops are pretty flimsy. I wouldn’t call them super breathable, but they are pretty lightweight. I wouldn’t mind hiking in them. They are surprisingly loud though.

I personally really like the size of the 21oz in the commuter, I use it as my daily water carry bc my campus has water refill stations everywhere so for me the upside of a lighter outweighs the downside of carrying less water

when I put in my shoes in the morning with my backpack on I flip my body like 135 degrees (don’t ask) and the 21oz doesn’t fall out, I wouldn’t be as confident with the 40oz

I just grabbed my commuter+40oz and it seems fairly secure, but I'd be concerned about any bottle flying out if the bag is flung around. The pocket is secure, but it's not like it's actually attached in any way. There is a convenient loop right by the handle you could put a carabiner or cable tie through if you wanted extra security.

I don't know if they've specifically called out 4XL, but I'd imagine any plans for launching new sizes are slightly hampered by the store split situation. product development takes time, and different things have different priorities
tall people are much more common than people beyond 3XL
even if they only did 4XL on the main shirts, that's 10 extra skus to stock, add 2 for the currently only black tall shirts.... make it 30 extra skus for normal, tall long sleeve, and tall short sleeve in all 10 colours
in recent times they've been trying to reduce sku count to make inventory management easier

Ngl I’m started to get kind of fed up with support at this point. Almost always having to wait over two weeks for a response is ridiculous. They need stop running store promos until they hire more support reps

You can’t just “hire more reps” business doesn’t work like that… there is training time and then once they are trained you might be over staffed and people aren’t doing anything. It’s not really a job you can hire temps for if you want it to be quality. And you don’t want to hire people to sit around and do nothing when business is like normal.

A lot of the issue stems from people not understanding how shipping works and then not reading faqs. People spamming about shipping not updating delays people with actual issues from getting a timely response. If it says it’s shipped it’s out of LTT’s hands and it’s on the shipping company.

Dealing with dumb customers is part of what you sign up for any time you run a business. People don't read anymore. For quite a while support only really had rushes around the winter holidays and big sales (black friday mostly, since sales weren't as common), and Linus said years ago on WAN they weren't going to hire more customer service for those times because they'd have nothing for them to do most of the year. It's been quite a while though since support backlogs have been more common than not, and it seems clear they need to increase the team size at this point. They were hiring for a role as far as I know though, plus the new AI stuff to try and filter out basic questions the FAQ can answer. So seemingly they're working on it, but they definitely need to do something about it.

Even if you get a ton of applications the second you post the advert, you have to process all that, then interview, figure out which ones you want, and then train them all

I can agree with peoples frustrations here, It does seem that the recent sales have completely jammed support and I'm pretty sure there's been backlogs for weeks, so perhaps given the fact there's now two sites, they should consider expansion of the team to some level

I must also say the Wizmo 404 issue is a pain in the backside and I'm glad on the FAQ they say they're hoping to get it fixed

They actually need lots of time. Probably because of Shipstorm, maybe tariffs, idfk. I ordered on the 19th of May and my Package is ready for shipment BUT STILL IN VANCOUVER. I live in Germany, they wanna ship it to the Netherlands and then over to my house but like..I genuinely have no confidence in my package arriving within the promised 14-28 day time window.
