It just doesnt hold the strap when not under load -> Placing backpack down or something.

I found that to be important, indeed. One of the primary features that led me to buy the bag was its reinforced bottom. The explicit addition of the bottom now being called out in the warranty is important.

Carabiners are faulty (not mine, cuz I stopped using the locking mechanism), now double-layer is only single-layer. What next?
The straps are getting loose during the day and I have to readjust the straps - never had this with any backpack.

In a nutshell, if you’re being charged the customs and duty fees again by the carrier, you weren’t meant to be. Pay it and then contact LTT support with the receipt, and they’ll refund the fees you’ve already paid to them

hey, anybody had issues with Evri in the UK? ordered a screwdriver and bit set 2 months ago and it arrived in Plymouth almost 2 weeks ago and every just cannot get the delivery right no matter how many calls and requests we make, they've tried to redeliver it several times which we have queried becuase we were both in each day, all day. Now they want to return it to sender which will be Canada. I know it's not LTT's fault, just Evri are absolutely useless. No way of actually talking to a human with them.

Is there anybody who has experience with getting some merch while on holiday to the US? I'm from the EU and shipping & taxes makes everything I want way over budget that I'm willing to spend.
Coincidentally I got a few friends visiting New York somewhere around March/April/May. LTTstore FAQ recommend against having orders shipped to locations (hotels or vacation accommodations) where you will only have a limited amount of time available to receive the order.
But I'm wondering there are any other alternatives? Are there any services that accept parcels and stores it for a certain amount of time (weeks or possibly months)?
I'm not all to worried about waranty or anything.

There is the issue of coordinating the delivery so it gets to the hotel when your friends are there. Hotels don't like to have stuff sitting around. It's mainly for a guest staying there and gets something delivered. (I lived in a hotel for over a month and had to figure that out).

The other problem is that when people travel, space is at a premium and they might not have room for what you order, or maybe want to go shopping for themselves but their luggage space is now taken.

If you are concerned about the cost of shipping, wouldn't you also be concerned about the parcel being delayed and not getting it?

I say it's worth it IF you have the right expectations. It is a tech/office bag. It is not a tactical, high impact hauler. If you want that, then I would get a GoRuck pack and call it a day.
But the LTT bag is very well built and will work very well as a work/tech gear bag. I call it a very well built "white collar" backpack.
