Windbreaker is really thin and is more for a warmer but wet day. Its basically a rain coat. And 3d is much thinker then the windbreaker and can be worn as a real jacket

3d is more of a spring and fall season jacket imo. Windbreaker more summer. Can be used in fall and spring as well i guess if you have enough layers underneath

Support is usually pretty fast about responses these days (i.e. within a day or two), although they might be backed up a bit with BFCM stuff currently. Still, contacting support is probably gonna be your fastest route to getting support.

I've spent since CM struggling with logitechs support, which has made me appreciate LTT's support that much more by contrast.

1. Make sure you're ordering from https://lttstore.com directly
2. If your bank is marking the transaction as fraud, there's likely some sort of confirmation system to verify you're the one making the transaction (text/email/phone). I'd recommend looking into this or reaching out to your bank's support to figure out what happened there. Alternatively, you can try using an alternate payment method such as PayPal or Apple/Google Pay.
3. By double the amount, do you mean exactly double or just an amount higher than the base price? Is it possible that amount is the total after accounting for sales tax and shipping?

The mining backpack which was in such a bad condition after a year wasn't affected by the issue, so its unlikely that anyone else will ever be affected by the single layer.
I think the solution LTT proposed is a bit over the top, imo just a warranty clause would have been enough. W to LTT tho.

The newsletter made it sound to me the person behind the changes was someone at whatever factory, whom they probably have no sway over, or even realistic legal recourse cuz of the foreign-ness involved. Ideally that party would recognise their mistake and replace them for ltt who could in turn replace them for all buyers, but somehow I doubt the factory is gonna eat a potentially million dollar loss, so we end up with the existing ltt solution.

(Also the backpack literally had warranty prior to this incident, so saying that 'trust me bro' wasnt good enough here doesnt make sense to me. In this case it seems like the TMB aspect actually benefitted people in that they retroactively amended the warranty to account for this, as opposed to EvilCorp(tm) who couldve pointed at original warranty and said tough luck.)

not sure where you are from, but yes the packages do have customs declaration on them. however there can be issue with them importing, especially in EU or EU adjacent countries. if you have to pay taxes again with your customs just pay them to receive the package, email support with your receipt and you will be refunded the taxes you paid during check out

Shopify needs a “flag order for support” option which can pause processing of the order until support looks at it, so for instance you could add a replacement spout lid and request a rebate with evidence of the broken one or something

I can't tell much just from my browser inspector but tiktok tracking (seems to be the only thing attached to the edit click event)? I literally didn't even know that was a thing. There is facebook analytics, google analytics, tiktok analytics... 20MB of resources downloaded to view page 1. As FE dev these are the code bases you cant pay me enough to work on.
