I know you got it resolved, but what I'd think about doing (don't do this unless someone who knows what they're talking about says it's okay" is using a hair dryer and heating the back of the sticker while peeling it off very slowly.

It works for pill bottle labels, as getting those off is practically impossible otherwise.

(Pill bottles might sound weird, but believe it or not, they can actually be useful! I even have used them for holding flash drives!)

My take on Linus's take at ~3:05:00 about schools needing to teach typing - As someone who types at an average of 120-130 WPM and a record of 169 WPM, which I consider decent, I have basically self-taught my typing. However, I agree that schools need to teach typing, because I spent a lot of my life at a keyboard and you can't expect that of others. What should not be forced upon students is home row. Home row should be an optional learning method, but for those who are already experienced in typing who for some reason got stuck into the class, home row can actually be harmful to be forced upon them if that's not their native typing method.

yea, They have spoken about that in past WAN shows... Internal Printing is done a a diff place (shirt factory) to their external (local screen printer) and the quality is not as good. I don't think backpack has really had any notable QC issues. The carabiner thing is more a fundamental design hiccup they're addressing and will have replacements for eventually, but that's not a QC fail, and I've only seen a handful of people posting actual QC issues like upside down logo and similar (and I'm pretty sure they got their backpacks replaced in each case).

@ LTT regarding the "chess problem" of modeling the slot of the "bolt action" screwdriver

Model the slow as a body, and combine cut. This gets around the weird things a sweep or projection can do

(minus all the fillets I manually added in)

This should (keyword should, CAD can be weird) ensure the slot is always tangent and not have any strange angles on the inside

that was the basic shape I started with before all the details were added. Just a loft with the basic 2d shapes and sizes I wanted after testing. The rest of the 99% of this screwdriver I made could only be made with combine cuts

The black shaft ones have a different UPC number, 873343001801 on the box vs. 873343001818 for the silver shafts, BUT my black driver with black shaft from the store has an orange LTT logo on the box, while the black/orange driver with black shaft that I got from LTX has a black LTT logo. Both of the silver shafts have a black LTT logo. Weird that they have boxes with different color logos with the same UPC, and the only one that did come with an orange logo is an all black driver

Hah my last 2 encounters with them were one got delivered fine - but the 300$ customs fees for warranty replacement parts (for a <100$ tool) sucked. It was like 6 months fighting to get that back.

In Europe DHL is considered the fastest and most reliable. Yes their customs fees are high but they clear your package in a day most often whilst the local post can take a week or more sometimes. UPS is often times very good too but they often just deliver to a pick up point. Other alternatives like DPD or FedEx are good but not really that much. All of this changed when I visited canada for a few months. Canada Post and Amazon delivery drivers turned out to be the most reliable and dhl/ups/fedex were absolute nightmares

In Europe a cheap fast delivery is DPD but their tracking and customer service sucks

Well the generic amazon ones suck. But LTT vs yeti is an interesting argument since they occupy the same price point. Since during the summer I'll run both - the Yeti is better insulated, the LTT is prettier. But both far exceed the usual 18-20$ pricepoint ones for durability and insulation.

It's also worth considering the support aspect; if something goes wrong with a LTT waterbottle or backpack or whatever, odds are they'll be able to sort it out and get it replaced. With a different company, that may not happen or be more of a pain.

Problem two not really a problem, it is not advertised as fully rain resistant

It ususally is a small wood toy that involves nailing, screwing, and painting. You can see what we are building in this image and some upcoming builds. The program is free and my son loves it.
