its not easy to determine whether i maintained that spot or was stuck at the end of wave 1, since i think they all shipped at same time

however for wave 3 i dont think it will really matter how far into the wave you are

Okay found it out... shipwizmo - a site i never heared of finds it. It seems to be a dhl ecommerce delivery - which i could track just fine with like any app, but the code i got doesnt work. So i have to use that site i guess....

If you have not already done so, try the Shop app. lttstore is made through Shopify, who make the app. You should be able to plug in the tracking number there and track it. Its what I use for my ltt orders (but fair warning I am an american)

The thing im not understanding is, that a universal app like parcels with can even manage to find info across multiple companies and even the sketchy stuff some chinese sellers do (f.e. ship to outside of eu and then smuggle it across the boarder into the eu to avoid import fees).

That app, cannot do anything with that tracking code. Neiter can dhl themself, which literally have the package acording to wizmo.

it can be different tracking #s between wizmo and DHL, but I always get a wizmo tracking page in the shipping emails

Something is kinda weird with ltt screwdriver and backpack orders. They don’t seem 100% to be dispatching them in the order we placed the orders.

For the screwdriver I believe it has to do with the version. The black handle and silver shaft shipped first and now the orange and black handles with silver shaft are shipping. According to Nick on Twitter. Apparently there was a setting that was incorrect that allowed some newer orders of the backpack to be shipped but that has since been corrected.

If it’s Wizmo tracking they have issues. It takes like 10 refreshes to actually show sometimes. If you’re referring to a handoff carrier such as UPS I’d be slightly more concerned.

Quick question on taxes: if I order internationally (Germany, in this case), does LTT still apply Canadian taxes to the product?

I know some online stores will deduct taxes when shipping internationally since I will likely have to pay taxes here, so thought I'd ask. Cheers!

If I remember right they should charge YOUR taxes, including things like VAT. I have seen people say that the shipper will sometimes still ask for VAT to be paid upon arrival in your country, but if that's the case LTT will refund what they charged you if you reach out to them.

Depends on what you are planning to order. For items under 150€ the EU-One-Stop-Shop-Tax-Thingy applies and LTTStore bills you the vat of the country the item is shipped to (in your case 19%), for items over 150€, eg. the backpack they should not charge you any VAT as the One-Stop-Shop-Magic wont work, but due to restrictions in their shop software they currently do (or at least did until very recently).
Since the german courier rightfully will charge you the VAT again, you will get the tax refunded from LTT once you sent them proof that you paid it directly.

And while we are at it: Did anyone from Germany already receive their backpack, and hat it been subject to customs duties? (like real duties, no vat)

They're not great...you can purge individual members messages, but what usually tended to happen was he'd say something super passive aggressive, sexist, etc., and then people would flip out and respond to that in kind. So it's easier to just wipe the whole chat
