my store merch arrived today. 1 - the 21 oz insulated bottle is fantastic. I chose to get the green & gold PCB-themed one. I also got the couchripper pillow, which happens to be the exact width of a wheelchair seat. Fits perfectly. I also got the sweatshorts. I was a little nervous about the size but the chart seemed to indicate my waist matched the "large" size. The fit perfectly and are very comfy. So score on all three!

I liked my water bottle, but it didn’t insulate as well as my Hydro or Yeti. It did good until I left it in the car while it was 110, water stayed looked arm instead of hot, but my hydro for example kept the water cool.

Thing is that ltt will have to front the costs for it so they probably can't order an unlimited amount. Not to mention production times. On top of that, backpacks are very bulky so they'll have to ship multiple containers of it. With how global logistics are its expensive and hard to plan.

just got back from my first walk with it! the handle is incredibly sturdy and i never once almost dropped it and i’m the kind of person who drops everything. kept everything super cold. maybe even too cold considering zero ice has melted in about an hour! very happy with it

only thing is there is zero chance of ever getting it into a cup holder but i knew that when i picked 40oz so that’s no problem at all

Awesome jacket, the defect is just one of the stitches goes all the way through a part it’s not supposed to go all the way through. Super comfortable, and feels like it would be pretty effective at stopping most things in a shop from instantly injuring me.

It’s those red stitches that go all the way through to the inner pocket

It should be fine as long as you're VERY careful about not cutting into the fabric or cutting too far up (depending on what the stitching is supposed to be doing). I bet LMG would rather just send you a new one though and contact the manufacturer about the defect. Might be a wider issue.

It seems like it’s supposed to be reinforcing the slots for pens to go into, I wouldnt want to compromise the integrity of those slots. Still yet to hear back, presumably because support is very backed up or ppl are out

There is one thing i feel like is a missed opportunity with the backpack. Create a zipper hole on the back so you can use camera backpack inserts in it. This way the backpack can also be used as a camera bag if that is inserted to it. yes you would not be able to use all the pockets as intended in this configuration but you would have the option to choose. I think this would also benefit ltt when they are traveling to use their "ltt-backpack" as their camera bag. From what i can tell (images/videos, reviews only) the quality seems on par with my 300$ camera backpack.

soon is very relative with logistics being a mess. Could be months of it sitting on a boat, or in a container at port, or various other stages before we actually get the chance to buy. The belt is unexpected, but probably an ultra early stages unplanned leak before they even get into the mass production stage before it too gets to face the nebulous void of being on a boat.

It's generally good practice to avoid mentioning potential future products until they're definitely happening and preferably have a concrete date. Otherwise people might get hyped for a product that just doesn't work out and gets cancelled, or all the buzz about the product wears out before the product actually launches. Plus it's probably not the most fun for nick and associates to be asked "when is X coming?" if they don't have an answer for that yet.

Linus can get away with all sorts of leaks since he's the head honcho, but it's my understanding that nick (who is in charge of store stuff) tend to not be impressed when he does it.

I’ve ordered multiple hoodies and other items from LTT and the packages have always been in plain brown boxes. If you don’t trust the mail system to deliver to your door, I don’t know what to tell you, I order a lot of stuff online without incident. Not sure if the hoodies are sized marginally bigger than shirts (they use the same base size scale?) as garments normally do that (i.e. are a bit bigger).

But yeah probably a small, medium could be baggy but guarantees fit. You can also guess from people are wearing them in the photo (e.g. Linus wears medium)
