I think the problem, is no one defined , prior to the shutdown, what would constitute late vs missed. I’m not arguing either way, simply saying if the parameters were not set out to start then there would be merits to both sides of this particular argument. I would personally argue that more than a day late is missed but I can’t speak to historical president on that, was there ever a wan show more than half a day late? End of the day. If it makes you happy to consider the streak not broken only 178 hours late, then by all means take what joy you can from life. I think it’s a funny gag so I roll with it

They technically didn’t break the streak for the Saturday LTX show because quite a few bleed into Saturdays their time anyway, but LabsJake famously said “the streak is sacred” in the immediate wake of the production shutdown, only for the show to not go ahead that week

As a New Hampshire native, who regularly travels to Vermont and can get them a little cheaper ( made in Vermont) I own about 12 pair. I’m slowly moving towards them. You're a braver man than I. I barely even use socks (if I'm not wearing shoes) now I found the experience so awful (in the end I had to have the nail removed because after it finally fell off from the fungus it grew weird and ingrown ||(? "grew ingrown? is that how one'd say it? idk. you know what I mean. English is an awful language)||).
But tbf, I've got a funny thing with nails. I can't deal with broken nails, overly long nails or even with scenes of nail tearing in movies. I test if my knives are sharp by simply cutting paper, but some freaks apparently test it by checking if the blade will catch on the nail if you slide it softly over it. It's awful. H*ck, even cutting my nails makes me uncomfortable.
So I was probably one of the worst people for it to happen to, especially since the nail removal is done with local anaesthesia while you're awake, even though I asked for general anaesthesia. It was hell.

anyone having an issue with the whenplane extension on chrome, its because chrome didnt follow spec. I submitted an update that fixes it, but they like to take their time reviewing every tiny change, so cant guarentee it will be available there anytime soon.

Instead of fighting about language on the internet, let's just agree that people who write "could/should/would of" are just plain stupid. Honestly, it's so basic. It literally makes no sense whatsoever, so how tf does one think it's how it's written? Makes my blood boil.

For those of us who are planning to play bingo this week during the show, I can now happily confirm that live confirmation tiles are coming back for the next show!

That means that whenever one of our bingo admins confirms a tile on the spreadsheet, Floatplane chat gets a message as it happens!

Additionally for floatplane users only: I have hopefully managed to fix the issue which was causing Floatplane change detection alerts to only be sent to whenplane, instead of to all connected clients. This means that when the thumbnail, description, or title of the Floatplane livestream updates, it should send a message in chat.
