Ideally one talking about what they plan to do regarding quality control and how they think they've let their viewers down.

Some of the GN statements are very much questions of "what do you want your brand to be?"
And, based on Linus's passion around what he wants the labs to be, as seen in numerous prior WAN Shows, my read is that he and many members of his staff are disappointed.
