Ok now i am curious if LTT could make a video comparing Open Source Alternatives like Nextcloud and Libreoffice to paid products like Office 365;
I'm sure there are good reasons they would choose to use paid software over libreoffice, but i'm interested from a business pov why businesses don't want to use foss alternatives. especially with Louis Rossman talking about going full FOSS:

Like for the small business i am in with 3 employees, low cost of running things is our priority due to low income for now so we swapped to libreoffice and slack as our main tools, along with google video chat or possibly switching to video chat alternatives if we find one that works;
Obviously though that doesn't scale presumably for larger organizations and i'm interested what benefits are there for scaling to closed source software like 365. especially now that chatgpt4 is being integrated into 365;

I hope my bosses don't agree too soon.They already sold our office building (2 miles away), so now the nearest possible space is 25 miles south, down a perenially clogged expressway, so an hour (or two) each way. But they downsized operations there too, so there isn't space available to dedicate to our team.
My commute at home is under 25 feet. The only traffic I have to negotiate are the huge chonky cat we have lovingly nicknamed "speedbump".

Yes there's people making art fairly effortlessly with it, but most of that isn't thoughtful into what they're actually trying to create with it.

There's a lot of things that can be done simply with programs and tools, that people still enjoy to do manually. I think the same people that enjoyed that before will still enjoy it now. But these ais especially allow people. Who otherwise might not be able to express themselves very well to do so more clearly and effectively
