Well, the two that went over to HM chairs didn't have Secret Labs chairs... If the SL chairs spread the pressure of the buttocks/thighs properly then they should be as comfortable. But I don't think they would be able to due to their construction. Mesh is the ultimate in spreading pressure.

The Mirra 2 fixed my back problem that I suffered from for years.

I work from home for 3 days in a week. The other 2 are in the office. My supposedly ergonomic chair at work starts to trigger my back problem and when I work from home the problem goes away - all due to my HM chair.

I must have spent more than £440 in products that failed. I was sort of persuaded to buy a HM Mirra 2chair by several recommendations on the internet but was stalled by the cost of the chair. I finally decided to take the plunge and I was totally converted as all of my back problems went away after a couple of weeks. Absolutely so grateful to HM for helping me.

At the end of the Adam West Batman from the 60s, the narrator would say to tune in at the "same bat time, same bat channel." That version of Batman was pretty campy and was self-aware about how silly it was that all of Batman's gadgets have "bat-" as a prefix (like the bat-a-rang or bat-mobile) and so this was part of the joke.
Linus uses that phrase as a reference to that, but saying "bad" as a self-deprecating joke

That’s my theory/experience anyway… there are certain things that are harder to learn while doing it professionally, because the focus is to deliver solutions not to learn to be a better developer - a lot of the time anyway

That said, getting a job in a proper company that does code reviews properly etc would help a lot to eliminate bad practices and habits

Being more structured, knowing how to document your code/solutions etc is also something you learn better by getting an education I reckon
