As someone who works at an ewaste facility and who has used steelseries arctis nova 7's and nova pro's. They are manufactured ewaste. Plus steelseries software is buggy and the sound spatialization feature is trash, all it does is add an obnoxious amount of reverb to everything and make the sub bass boomy, and not in a good way. Plus it makes the treble, and especially vocals inaudible with the reverb. It also adds a shit ton of silibance, making any sound above 2khz sound piercing and fatiguing to listen to.

You would be much better off buying a $100-$150 pair of iem's and a $50-$80 bluetooth reciever or dac.

Might be your headset's fault. A lot of headsets, even expensive ones, can have poor ground filtering and then you get crosstalk between your mic and headset.

with a bit of tweaking for the trebles n mids it sounds pretty good especially for bassy music

anc on them are pretty decent
