going above DDR5 4400MT/s on a single CCD Ryzen CPU provides zero benefit to memory bandwidth due to the Infinity Fabric's GMI bandwidth limitation, and running at 4000-4400MT/s allows you to 1:1:1 match FCLK, UCLK, and MCLK (provides a small latency improvement) at much lower voltages than are required for 3000MHz+ UCLK

however 6000MT/s is still better for peak theoretical performance if you're tuning because you're not allowed to set a lower Cas Latency value than 24 in the BIOS which when paired with 4400MT/s is only equivalent to DDR5 6000 CL33, and that's assuming your CPU can handle 2200FCLK which isn't common; at 4000CL24 you're only matching 6000CL36

as for me im running 4x32GB right now so getting any sort of competent 6000MT/s tune dialed in is a pain in the ass due to 10 minute memory trainings after every reboot, and the DIMMs get overheated very easily
