It's going to be a garbage mic but the reason is because of 4 pole jack

Your iem is a 4 pole one, i.e. it has 4 "wires", left, right, ground, mic

Your motherboard headphone port is a 3 pole one, left, right, ground
There is no mic, you have a dedicated port for the mic

So you need something like that
