You will get bottleneck with a 12600k with any of the GPU I listed in any resolution
What matters is "in which games ?"

One random example recently where I got the 12600k bottleneck the 5080 in 4K : mh wilds

I have no way to tell you if a RGB mini led backlight will make a TN panel have significantly better color depth and local contrast

We have mini LED IPS and VA already, I think most of the VA panels still look bad compared to their IPS counterparts

RGB miniLED is a flop, but yeah you can improve TN color reproduction by giving it a better backlight (KSF Phosphor, Quantum Dots)

and there are some TN panels that achieve decent P3 color volume even with a basic WLED backlight
